Vice Rector Responsible for Coordinatorship


1. To follow the activities of the Coordinatorship and attend meetings when necessary,
2. To make the necessary assignments for the personnel support needed in correspondence and archiving related to the routine operation of the Coordinatorship,
3. To assign university staff with appropriate qualifications needed in legal issues, foreign languages, electronic software and other issues to contribute to the Coordinatorship,
4. To provide the necessary support within the framework of university facilities in case of other requests that may come from the Coordinatorship.
Coordinator


1. The coordinator is appointed by the Rector from among the faculty members of the university for a period of three years. The Coordinator whose term of office has expired may be reappointed.
2. The coordinator leaves his assistant as acting coordinator in case of short-term absences. The mandate as coordinator cannot last more than six months. If the mandate lasts more than six months, the Coordinator's duty ends. If the Coordinator is dismissed or leaves office before the end of his term of office, a new Coordinator is appointed.
3. The coordinator's duties are:
a. To ensure that the work of the Coordinatorship is carried out regularly in line with its objectives, that all activities of the Coordinatorship are supervised and that the necessary measures are taken on these issues,
b. To implement the decisions and work program taken by the Board of Directors and to ensure coordination regarding the implemented programs and activities,
c. To make assignments among the members so that the Coordination Office can carry out regular and effective work on the subjects within its field of activity and to make suggestions to the Coordinatorship for the establishment of working units within the Coordinatorship,
d. To present the issue of following a common path to benefit from current information technologies related to publishing, such as the website and electronic evaluation system of scientific journals published within the University, to the agenda of the Coordinatorship and to ensure that advisory decisions are taken,
e. To contact institutions and organizations at national and international scale related to the activities of the Coordinatorship, to cooperate and to carry out other mutual relations in accordance with the procedure,
f. To submit the annual activity report prepared by the Board of Directors to the Rectorate for approval.
Vice Coordinator


1. To assist the Coordinator, upon the recommendation of the Coordinator, a person from among the faculty members working at the university is appointed by the Rector as Vice Coordinator for a period of three years. When the duty of the Coordinator ends, the duty of the Vice Coordinator also ends.
2. The Vice Coordinator carries out the activities of the Coordinatorship in cooperation with the Coordinator and acts as the Vice Coordinator in the absence of the Coordinator.
Working Groups


1. Relevant working groups are established by the Coordinatorship on matters deemed necessary to carry out studies in line with the objectives of the Coordinatorship.
2. As the head of the working group, a person from among the faculty members working at the university, upon the recommendation of the Coordinator, is appointed by the Rector as the head of the relevant group for a period of three years.
3. Coordinator units are formed from faculty members at the University who are experts in the relevant field, depending on the nature of the work to be carried out.
4. The working groups submit a report to the Coordinator regarding the activities they carried out.
