To regulate the principles regarding scientific publications and journals published within Bursa Technical University in accordance with scientific and ethical principles, to carry out the coordination task in order to establish, monitor, evaluate and improve standards for the scanning of scientific journals in national and international high-level indexes and to organize training programs regarding scientific publications and journals.

In line with the goal of Bursa Technical University to be a respected university that produces and disseminates information and technology, to coordinate the scientific publications and journals published within the university with a common publishing strategy and to position the journals as distinguished journals at national and international levels with a high impact factor, publishing scientific studies that will shape science and technology.
