At the Board of Directors meeting held on December 19, 2025, discussions were held with BTU journal editors regarding improving the quality and sustainability of scientific journals published within BTU. At the meeting, it was decided to adopt the Periodical Publication model to ensure standardization in BTU journals. Furthermore, it was decided to prepare a Artificial Intelligence Policy regarding the use of AI in the submitting and evaluation processes and to publish it under a separate menu on the websites of all journals. As another agenda item of the meeting, it was decided to initiate the necessary work for organizing a "Scientific Article Preparation and Publication Training" for doctoral students within BTU, as part of the training activities conducted by the Scientific Publications Coordinatorship.
